An annual, county-wide Harry Potter-themed festival across Lancaster, Pickerington, Lithopolis, Carroll, and Baltimore, Ohio, where local businesses, museums, and the Fairfield County District Library transform into a wizarding wonderland for a weekend. Highlights include a library Sorting Ceremony, an 'Ollivander's'-style wand shop, 'Honeydukes' treats, magical-creature scavenger hunts, and a Sorcerer's Stone film screening. Founded by the library in 2018, the free, family-friendly event ran for eight consecutive years, but organizers have confirmed it will not be held in fall 2026 — check back for a possible 2027 return.

“They transform the three-story library into a Harry Potter book — there are things happening every day that are themed.”
